By using The Local Opinion, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

What the service does

The Local Opinion provides businesses with a branded review page and feedback collection tool. Positive feedback is directed to your public Google listing; lower ratings are collected privately so you can address issues before they become public reviews.

Acceptable use

You must not use The Local Opinion to generate spam, fake reviews, or manipulate review platforms. You must not submit deceptive or fraudulent feedback. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are violating these terms, abusing the service, or engaging in behaviour that harms other users or platforms.

Third-party policies

We are not responsible for changes to Google’s review policies, Google Business Profile terms, or any third-party platform rules. It is your responsibility to comply with the terms of any platform you direct customers to.

Payment terms

The Local Opinion subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime from your Billing page. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period once it has started.

Limitation of liability

The Local Opinion is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of The Local Opinion after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
