ReviewFlow (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we collect. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What data we collect

• Account data: email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Business data: business name, address, Google Place ID, and brand colour.
• Uploaded logos: images you upload to customise your review page.
• Review data: star ratings and feedback text submitted by your customers.
• Billing data: plan and payment status (managed by Stripe).

How we use your data

• To provide the ReviewFlow service — hosting your review page and collecting feedback.
• To send digest emails summarising new private feedback.
• To display your business name, logo and colour on the public review page.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.

Who we share data with

• Supabase — for secure database and file storage.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Google — to look up your business place details and direct happy reviewers to your Google listing.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (business profile, logos, and review submissions) is permanently removed from our systems.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all data at any time via the Settings page in your dashboard. If you need help, email us at balaclavashopping@gmail.com.
